Statement from our factory
Stock Hair Replacement systems
Any Stock Hair Replacement returned for credit or exchange must be in its original condition from the factory and immediately shipped back to us no later then seven business days from receiving it. Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only!
All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Returns may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Custom Made Hair Replacements Systems and Customized Stock Hair Replacement Systems
We inspect each and every unit carefully before leaving this office.
We appreciate your careful inspection of the finished unit. Please do this before pre cutting. If you find anything that does not meet your specifications return it immediately to us. If it needs correction it will be done promptly. If the unit needs to be remade we would like to have the unit uncut for use in our own studios or as a sample unit. If a fault is found during delivery do not hesitate to send it back for correction.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a www.shop4hair.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, www.shop4hair.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.shop4hair.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.shop4hair.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
